Why does it say "Not Authorized" when trying to view my child's test scores?

Would you be able to provide a screenshot of that error here? My guess is that either the school your child attends has not given permission for observers (parents) to view grades, or that some of the content is coming from a third party tool that does not support parent accounts. If we can see a complete screenshot, it might help us figure out which of these scenarios is more likely. You could also contact Canvas support to have then investigate further for you.
