How do I log in to the Instructure Community with Parchment Digital Badges?

Anyone can view and search the Instructure Community. However, in order to participate, you must log in using an account. You can log in using a Parchment Digital Badges account or a Canvas account.

If you experience any issues logging in to the Instructure Community, try logging out of Parchment Digital Badges and then logging in again. If logging out and logging in again does not work, there may be an issue with your username and password. For assistance, contact Parchment Digital Badges support.

Note: Parchment Digitary, Scribbles, and Parchment Award Digital Badges currently do not support the Parchment SSO option.

Log in to the Instructure Community from the Web

In your web browser, navigate to https://community.instructure.com/.

Note: You may need to allow browser cookies and clear any previous cookies for this site before logging in.

Sign in to the Instructure Community with Parchment Digital Badges

Sign in to the Instructure Community with Mastery Connect

Click the Sign In with Parchment button.

Enter Parchment Digital Badges Credentials

On the login page, log in by entering your Parchment Digital Badges credentials. Enter your email address [1] and your password [2]. Then, click the Sign In button [3].
