You can clear your cache in the Canvas Teacher app on your Android device. Clearing your cache will clear all information on your device that is specific to the app, including login details and app settings.
You may want to use a cache reset if you experience errors when logging in to the app. Because a cache reset will remove app information from your device, you may want to try resetting your password or uninstalling the app first.
Open Settings
On the home screen, tap the Settings icon.
Open Apps Settings
On the Settings screen, tap the Apps link.
Open Canvas Teacher App Settings
In the Apps menu, tap the Canvas Teacher link.
Open Teacher App Storage
On the App Info screen, tap the Storage link.
Clear Cache
Tap the Clear cache icon.
