The Smart Importer review page features confidence-level filtering and bulk-action capabilities designed to accelerate your workflow.
This guide demonstrates how to isolate specific alignment categories and approve high-confidence matches.
Open Smart Importer
You can open the Smart Importer in two ways.
You can locate the Smart Importer tile on the main page [1] and click the Manage button [2] or the Create New button [3].
Alternatively, you can click the Smart Importer link in Global Navigation [4]. From there, click the Create link [5] or Manage link [6].
The Create and Create New options both open the Smart Importer upload page, where you can upload a CSV file to begin importing alignments. The Manage option displays previously created Smart Importer items.
Filter by Confidence Level
On the Smart Importer review page, click the Filter by drop-down menu [1].
You can filter alignments by:
- All matches
- High confidence
- Medium confidence
- Low confidence
- No match
- Needs review
- Accepted
- Ignored
Confidence levels are defined as:
- 0–30: No match
- 30–60: Low confidence
- 60–80: Medium confidence
- 80–100: High confidence
Use the Search field to enter a keyword or standard identifier [2]. To apply additional filtering options, click the Filter icon [3].
Filtering by confidence level allows you to focus on specific match ranges during the review process.
Review Matches
After applying a filter from the Filter by menu, review the suggested matches displayed in the list.
Each alignment displays a confidence score in the Confidence column [1] and a status in the Status column [2].
In the Action column, click the Review button to review an individual alignment, if needed [3].
Bulk Accept High Confidence Matches
To streamline the review process, click the Accept High Confidence button on the review page [1]. This opens the Accept High Confidence Matches modal.
In the confirmation dialog, to accept all high-confidence matches, review the message and click the Confirm button [2]. To return to the review page without applying changes, click the Cancel button [3].
Bulk acceptance reduces manual review time by allowing you to approve multiple high-confidence alignments with a single action.
