You can view, download, and print an in-depth answer key for any assessment to which you have access in Mastery Connect. In addition to question answers, the answer key contains assessment data such as depth of knowledge (DOK), associated standards, question point values, and more.
You can view the answer key in the Assessment Manager page. You can also view it in the Assessment Editor if you are an assessment author or editor.

Open Assessments
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Assessments link.
Open Assessment
In the Assessments page, find an assessment using the search bar and the filters [1].
To open the assessment, click the Assessment link[2].
View Assessment Answer Key
The answer key displays by default in the Assessment Manager page. If you are an assessment author or editor, you can also view it in the Assessment Editor.
The answer keys for all assessment types display the following:
- Question number and name [1]
- Question answer [2]
- Standard [3]
- Question or item type [4]
- Point value [5]
The answer keys for item-based assessments display all of the previously mentioned data points as well as the depth of knowledge (DOK) [6], the difficulty level [7], passage titles (if applicable) [8], and the item bank source (if applicable) [9].
To download your answer key as a CSV file, click the Download button [10]. The downloaded answer key can then be opened and printed from your device.
To see the answer key in the Assessment Editor, click the Edit icon [11].
