A class from 2017 that I completed is still showing in my dashboard and I can't figure out how to remove it. All other past enrolled classes automatically moved there. Is this something the professor needs to do?
Hi @Juliao23 ...
Wow, that's pretty odd! The best advice I can give you is to talk with your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team or their Canvas administrator(s). It sounds like that specific course may have an end date that is still active for some reason (even though it was a 2017 course). The Online Learning team should be able to investigate this course and move it to the "Past Enrollments" section of the screen.
I hope this helps. Good luck to you!
Thank you, I'll reach out to the school. I had a feeling I couldn't do it on my own..
I have two suggestions for improvements for the grading rubric. Allow non-graded headers for the rubric, i.e. Introduction, Body, Conclusion, etc. This would make it easier for students to follow especially if they are also following a printed version of the rubric. Is there a way for me to create a rubric that shows BOTH points and a letter grade, while the Gradebook in both my view and student view shows JUST points? I tried setting up the rubric showing a letter grade in the grading scheme, and a letter shows in the Assessment box…but then my gradebook also shows the letter grade,…

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
