In the process of renewing the Google SSO cert for Canvas. Wondering if I only need to point to the correct cert in Google Admin and then calculate and paste the new cert fingerprint in Canvas?

I do not have an answer for you for this because my institution using a different SSO provider. With that said, if you have not already done so, I would recommend that you contact your school's Canvas CSM and they will either research it for you or put you in contact with someone else at Instructure/Canvas.
