One of the students reported that Canvas is only showing that she completed the pre and post tests for module 11 in the Master Gardener Course but she has completed the entire module. How do I fix that?
Hi @Maridogs, we cannot see the module as this is a general Canvas forum.
But what are the other elements in that module? Does the module have completion requirements for those other elements as well? Are they to view the item, submit an assignment, or something else?
Hi @jcarpenter1 -- as @Gabriel33 mentioned, please take a screenshot of your Module so we can see each item. It will tell us what Requirements of completion might have been set.

It would be very beneficial for observers (parents) if they could view instructor comments. If they had access to this information, they could better understand the grading of individual assignments and better understand the errors that their student made.
