The quiz is not overdue, and canvas won't let me take any active quizzes or tests, the button looks grey instead of blue.
@AidanSoumekh I reached out to Canvas support and they recommended that you reach out to them. I tried for more than 30 minutes to replicate this issue and was unable to do so. When you do reach out, if you could post the solution here, it would be greatly appreciated.

It can be difficult for members of the Canvas Community (even a Coach like myself) to help with this because we cannot see your course as a student or how your instructor has designed the course.
Have you reported the problem to your instructor(s)? Your school's Canvas team? If available to you, Canvas Support directly?

Hi There, We are in the process of transitioning to Canvas this year and were wanting to connect with any other MYP schools to see how you setup Assignment and grading under your modules. Or you could guide us to any resources you may have.
Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
