I'm using Canvas Instructure and when I tab attendance, but not every student has enrolled yet in the course.
I get this message

The screenshot you posted looks like the student view of the Roll Call attendance tool. Are you a student in the course, or the teacher?
If you are a student, that view is normal, and the numbers will change if and when your teacher starts taking attendance for the class.
If you are the teacher, your course enrollment may be incorrect leading to that view of the Roll Call tool. That is likely something you'd need to work with your school/institution to correct.
