Class VANISHED! Free Teacher Account.

Question

Last night Canvas automatically logged me out of my teacher account. When I logged back in, my class VANISHED. My account looks like a brand new account.

My class still exists. My students have access to the class. However - I can't see the class!

The Canvas system GLITCHED. I can't fix that!

Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE redirect my login back to my class?

I'm very sorry this is a late response - I hope this has been resolved by now. However if not, and in case there's other people out there that this information would benefit, I thought I'd provide some advice below.

To begin, I'd recommend clicking on the Courses button via your account's global navigation bar, and then clicking on All Courses, which is a button that will appear in the slide-out menu. From there, you'll see a list of courses you're enrolled in, and you should be able to access your course there. FFT Courses cannot be teacherless, so you're probably still enrolled. You can then favorite the course with the star on the left-hand side of the course's title and add it back to your Dashboard, so it appears if your dashboard is set to Card View.

If that doesn't work, always reach out to Canvas Support directly utilizing the help button on your global navigation bar. On the slide out menu, please click Report a Problem, and explain that your course has disappeared from your account. They would be able to access the admin side of things and help you recover your course.
