From my understanding, these are the standard editing/options buttons in Canvas and thus cannot be removed unfortunately. The title shouldn't wrap as much when students view this as these buttons will not be present in their view (you could test this in student view).

My Canvas shell has three different sections that all meet at different times throughout the week.
