I used to upload csv files in Badgr, and now it is not work.

I typically uploaded 5 or 10 lines in the csv, as I am aware of the limit for non-paid.

Why has bulk upload stopped working for me?

What am I doing wrong?

I have done the bulk upload many times in the past.

Suddenly not working and I am not sure how to get help.

I can manually upload one at a time still.

Guess, I will just do that - since it is not clear how to get any help on this.

We understand you are reporting issues bulk uploading badge awards and we want to help.

There was a recent change which allows users to upload badge awards for multiple badge classes, so this might be where we are seeing a slight change in the expected file, but we would be glad to check. More information on that update here: Bulk award multiple badge update release notes
