Assignments - comments: where can I see if a student made a reply to my comment in their assignment?

Students see recent comments on their dashboards.

Teacher don't (at least not when I tried just now).

I can ofcourse change course notifications so I get an email with every comment made by a student (a reply to my comment on their submission), but is there any overview, any way to just be notified of new comments made by students within Canvas itself?

I feel this question is the same as what I have had concerns with; it is not a "submission comment by a student" but a "reply in the comment section" to an instructor's comment about their submission. These student replies do not populate on the instructor's dashboard under "to do" or in notifications. Is there a solution or a fix in the works?

Why can't we add a rubric to an essay question in Quizzes?
Among all the things that I wish Canvas had is that one! Is it something that is been worked on? We had it in Blackboard (legacy) and I sorely miss and need in Canvas (we just transitioned to it from Bb). Please add this very needed feature!
Dropped Scores
I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
Batch edit assignment due dates by section
My Canvas shell has three different sections that all meet at different times throughout the week. I need to be able to batch edit assignment due dates by section, but right now Canvas can't filter by section for batch edit.
