I'm unable to get into the freefirstaid.comonline-Cpr-course. It keeps telling me my username is illegal, it also tells me my password is incorrect.
Since your concern seems related to either a 3rd party product, or a specific course at your institution, I would suggest reaching out to your university/district's tech department for assistance. This is a community forum for Canvas itself and nobody here would likely be able to assist with username/login issues for what you are trying to do as we do not have the ability to access either the CPR course or your credentials.
On an additional note, you mentioned your username and password. If you are trying to get into Canvas itself, there is a possible cause. Many institutions will set up a unique URL for their users to sign in through. If, for example, my students do a Google search, it will take them to a generic URL to sign into Canvas for Canvas Free users. It will deny their username and password because they did not go through the student portal link set up for our district. Something else that could be related to your issue.

I'm an instructor. I know how to reorder quizzes in Assignments (I grab the 8-dot 'drag handle'). But how do I reorder quizzes in Quizzes? Thanks!

Now they are expanded by default and I see no way to collapse them. When a teacher is grading 20 of the same assignment, he or she knows what each point value entails. By having them…
As "Ideas" section is gone (at least for now), I'm posting a feature request here. Mobile app shows a list of students who have submitted or not submitted a quiz/assignment. Would be good to have this in web version as well as way to export csv.
Could you please clarify about the URL structure for the new Canvas Portfolio feature after the retirement of the ePortfolios on June 30, 2026?
