Catalog tag creation disabled (Admin and sub-catalogue admin)

Question

Identified yesterday (23/11/23) both admin and sub-catalogue admin roles cannot create new tags on course listings on Catalog.

Error message "Tag creation is disabled for your account. Please contact your system administrator to request this permission"

Is anyone else having issues creating new tags in a course listing in catalog?

@kelly - I'm just curious if you've lodged a case with our support team as yet? It looks permissions-based but will require further engagement
