I'm not sure I fully understand your question. Are you an instructor teaching courses within your school's Canvas environment? If so, you would most likely have courses displayed on your Canvas Dashboard (or look on your "Courses" >> "All Courses" screen in Canvas). Once in a course, you could navigate to your "People" page to see a course roster. Your name should be there along with the role you have in that course.
