When using the calendar button for due dates in assignments, the due date does not save unless you manually type in the date. Any ideas on what the issue may be here?
Hello there, @VEI ...
Is this the area of assignment creation that you are referring to?
This screenshot was from my own sandbox course in Canvas. I was able to click on the gray calendar icon for the "Due" field, and it opened right away for me allowing me to choose a date and put in a time of my choosing.
Maybe it would be a good idea for you to submit a ticket to the Canvas Help Desk staff letting them know you are having issues with this? How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
Keep us posted here in the Community...thanks!
Hello! Thanks for sharing your issue with the assignment due date calendar. I'm not sure what's causing the problem, but have you tried using a different calendar? You can check out the 2023 march calendar at www.123calendars.com and see if it works better for you. Good luck with your assignments!

The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.
Whenever possible, I prefer to have my students take in-class quizzes and tests on their laptops. But to make sure that they do it in the classroom, I've always put a password on the assessment and then given them the password. That way they can't take it somewhere else on their own (or somewhere else, not on their own).…
I use Respondus 4.0 for loading questions to my pools in Bb and now that we have moved to Canvas, I want to load them to an Item Bank. However, to do this, I need to have them downloadable as a QTI 2.1 option. My options or limited. #1 I can load to a Classic Quiz which my university does not prefer, download the questions…
