A student cannot access the test the next day, and the MCX message states the student completed the test. She states she did not submit it the day before. I need to allow her to complete the test. How can I do this?
You can reopen any submitted formative assessment as a teacher by erasing the score box for that student and assessment. The Reopen/Reset Modal will appear which allows you to choose to either 1) Erase scores and reopen or 2) also delete all responses.
It is most likely that the student hit submit thinking that they had to in order to save their progress. Our assessments save student responses automatically and the student is able to re-enter the test so long as they have a valid TEST ID for that assessment.

While taking the Final MVPA, I had four students whose answers did not save. They have logged back in and there were no answers present. They had finished 24 questions on the 6th grade ELA MVPA.
