How do I access submissions from students who were enrolled in a past course that is no longer published?
I assume that you are an instructor. If so, try clicking on "Courses" in your Global Navigation Bar. Then select "All Courses." Hopefully, you will know see a complete list of courses, including those under the heading Past Enrollments. Then you should be able to find the old course and see the student submissions.

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
