Are you referring to the left-hand menu within a given Canvas course that contains links to things like "Home", "Modules", "Discussions", "Assignments", etc.? If so, there is a three-lined "hamburger" icon (three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of your Canvas course(s). Click on that icon, and the course navigation menu items will appear or disappear.

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
