How do I remove multiple students from a course?
@TonyaPulley You can remove students from a course using these instructions, if your institution allows you to do so. If you are unable to remove students from a course, you'll need to contact your local Canvas Administrator(s) for assistance. Your Canvas Admins may have access to other tools to do mass de-enrollments that may be faster than using the instructions; I would contact them for assistance if that is the case.
Hope this helps!
Something else to consider, depending on how your institution does enrollments, the students might need to be unregistered for your Student Information System before a Canvas admin can do anything.

My apologies, I was not clear in my question. This is for a non-academic "class" so students are added to the "course" by me.
Thank you for that clarification, @TonyaPulley. In that case, the guide that @melodyc_lam provided a few days ago will help you.
Hi @TonyaPulley,
Just to be super clear with you, the guide @melodyc_lam shared is really the only built-in method for teachers to remove students from a course in the Canvas UI. There is currently not a "bulk" removal method available within a course, though I do think that would be a nice option for Instructure to consider in the future. If you feel strongly about it, I'd encourage you to follow the instructions in the How do I share a contribution (formerly Idea) to the Collaborative Roadmap to submit the idea for consideration.

Hi all, When uploading a SCORM package and outputting as an assignment, full screen works within the package. However when outputted as a page, it doesn't. Anyone found a getaround that isn't "just use the assignment option??"
Our institution is setting up 9 institutional outcomes in Canvas. Several of our outcomes have multiple skill sets within the rubric. For example: Critical Reading – Skill Set A Critical Reading – Skill Set B Critical Reading – Skill Set C Our understanding is that Canvas Outcomes data reports can provide the overall/total…
I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
We use a pre- post- model to measure learning which requires student-question matching from two time periods. This requires exporting quiz data to CSV to do the analysis properly. (I can get into more detail if needed.) The New Quizzes Student Analysis CSV export has repeated blocks of ItemID then columns related to that…
