Hi. Any info at all to everyone who relied on Canvas Free-For-Teachers?

We know you are working on a new solution for individual educators, but you have yet to provide any info on whether it will be free and wether there is any hope at all for it to be launched before the next semester. These are two important things that we teachers need to know as early as possible if we are to stay with Instructure.

Please, can you tell us anything about this?

I'm having trouble uploading the zoom presentation for onboarding. ANy suggestions. I have a MAC computer and not sure if that is the problem. I appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.

Hi @joly9291 What I can say with confidence is that we're committed to a free solution — we stated this officially in a previous post, and that hasn't changed. I just don't have a timeline to share yet on when it'll be available.

Hi @djacobysmith ,I'm sorry you're running into trouble uploading your Zoom presentation. I would recommend reaching out to our support team, or check out some of our guides for uploading media (you can search around for some others if this is not the area you are using to upload). I would also reaching out to your institution for help as they may have resources you can use based on the platform you are uploading to.
