Session Description
From higher education to workforce, everyone is talking about skill development… But few can prove it.
This session examines how Peer Learning enables programs to capture measurable data from applied work. In collaboration with Texas A&M Executive Education, graduate and undergraduate programs at Mays Business School, we’ll explore how structured Peer Learning produces evidence of critical skills and connects learning experiences directly to current industry and workplace skills.
Online Peer Learning is transforming education by delivering evidence-based outcomes through structured, scalable learner-to-learner collaboration. Through streamlined group formation, guided peer review, and team member evaluations, facilitators at universities, executive & professional development programs, and corporations can now integrate Peer Learning more easily than ever, regardless of subject matter or cohort size. Move beyond engagement and into measurement: when learners give and receive feedback around authentic tasks, the result is valid and reliable skills data that reflects real-world competency.
