What works in a pilot doesn’t always hold up at institutional scale. For teams supporting Canvas, the challenge is determining which tools will scale in practice. That means choosing platforms that integrate cleanly, meet security requirements, and remain sustainable to support over time.This session shows how Duke evaluates new tools before, during, and after a pilot cycle within the Canvas ecosystem.
