This session presents a comprehensive digital badging initiative developed at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business designed to build AI readiness across an entire academic community, from faculty to students. Presenters will share the design, development, and implementation of four scaffolded, asynchronous badging opportunities: two faculty-facing badges focused on ethical AI integration and pedagogical practice, and two student-facing badges focused on AI literacy, critical thinking, and responsible use in business contexts.
