When I upload my video using the rich content editor, I only see a URL link.

I think some more information from you would be helpful. When you use the Rich Content Editor (RCE) in Canvas, what icon are you clicking on? Are you clicking on the icon that looks like a play button and musical notes? This is the "Record/Upload Media" button. Once you click on this button, you'd want to choose from "Upload/Record Media", "Course Media", or "User Media". If you've not uploaded the media yet, you can select "Upload/Record Media". Then, on the next screen that displays, you can either drag the media file to the large box, or you can click somewhere in that box to find a select the media file that is on your computer. This should then embed the video onto your course page.
If you are only seeing a link to the video, you can click on the link while editing the page, and you might see a pop-up menu with an option for "Link Options". Click on "Link Options", and a slide-out menu will appear on the right side of your screen. While you can change the "Text" and the "Link" fields, it doesn't allow you to change the link to an embedded video on your page. So, in this case, you would need to re-embed the video on your page. The video is most likely already uploaded (if you followed the steps in my first paragraph), so instead you could try selecting the "Course Media" option instead of "Upload/Record Media".

The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.

Known issue - headings Just wanted to note that this known issue is described as 'styling', when it is actually an accessibility issue. Headings are structure on the page and essential for users who rely on screenreaders.
