Summary
TalentNeuron labor market data expands from 56 previously supported markets to 142 countries and territories. Users can select these markets through the existing country selector on the Skill Details page, while organization administrators retain control over the default country within Organization Settings.
The Skill Details experience evolves from displaying where a skill appears in the labor market to helping users understand what that activity means.
New insights include:
- Hiring Difficulty: Displays how challenging filling roles requiring the selected skill is for employers.
- Supply and Demand Ratio: Compares the estimated number of available candidates with current employer demand.
- Salary Range: Displays estimated compensation benchmarks associated with roles requiring the selected skill. Salary information represents aggregated labor market data and does not guarantee individual salary outcomes.
- Typical Job Posting Duration: Displays how long related job postings typically remain open. Longer posting durations may indicate roles that are more difficult to fill.
- Related Skills: Displays complementary skills employers commonly request alongside the selected skill, ranked using employer demand.
- Related Certifications and Licenses: Displays certifications, licenses, and qualifications mentioned alongside the selected skill or job title. Results represent market associations rather than endorsements or mandatory requirements.
- Gender Representation: Displays approximate gender distribution within the available talent pool.
- Estimated Demographic Representation: Displays an estimated breakdown of demographic groups within the available talent pool. Displayed only in supported markets due to country-level data availability variations.
This information integrates into existing Skill Details, Job Title, and Location experiences without introducing new tabs or navigation paths.

- The default country is automatically set by the deployment region. Admins with access to Organization Settings can update this preference at any time.
- Displaying the new market intelligence sections requires no additional administrative configuration once the feature is enabled.

Notes:
- Existing information is grouped alongside new insights to establish a clearer information hierarchy.
- TalentNeuron information represents aggregated and modeled labor market data and does not predict individual learner employability, salary, or career outcomes.
- Data availability varies by country, skill, job title, location, and metric. Panels display an empty state when sufficient data is unavailable.
- Related skills and qualifications reflect employer demand and market associations rather than product recommendations.
- Gender and demographic data describe the broader available talent pool rather than Parchment Digital Badges users or credential recipients.
- Estimated demographic representation is currently supported for the United States, United Kingdom, and South Africa.
- Country-level availability does not guarantee every insight is available for every skill in that country.
- Regional, state, or metropolitan data appears within specific insights where supported by TalentNeuron.
