Fill in the Blank questions in Canvas New Quiz to be not autograded

I am writing a fill in the blank section in Canvas new quiz. I was wondering if there was a way to setup the quiz to not autograde the answers? There are several forms of the answer I would accept so I would rather hand-grade them in Speed Grader than have the autograder count one wrong that should be correct.

If you want to grade the answers by hand, using an Essay question would be simplest. A couple of options would keep it feeling more like fill in the blank than essay: uncheck the Rich Content Editor option and set a word limit (perhaps just maximum = 1).

as there's plenty of built-in options to help with more than one possible answer choice.
