Differentiation tags at student level?

Hello, I work in the student accessbility department in higher education, and am responsible for the development and implementation of Access Plans. I understand that differentiation tags exist at a course level once students are enrolled in a course; however, are differentiation tags available at a student level, so that the tags are agnostic and migrate with the student profile into any courses they enrol in? This way, students with ongoing extensions (for example) could have this flagged on their profile, saving us significant admin time cross referencing against different databases and platforms.

If not, is it possible to get this developed?

To my knowledge this is not currently possible. Something you can possibly do however is require your instructors to import the same tag upload files and have them assign the tags to the students.
