Summary
Admins can group courses, pages, files, assessments, and other bite-sized learning content into a Collection. Learners can then browse, search, save, and enroll in whatever interests them, without needing to sign up for a full course first.
Learners can also track their content from a My Content page organized into In Progress, Saved, and Completed sections.
Change Benefit
- Shift from course-centric to learner-centric access: Removes the requirement for content to live inside a formal course, letting admins group courses, pages, files, assessments, and other content into a single Collection that learners can browse, search, save, and self-enroll in.
- Reduced enrollment management: Learners can access Collection content directly, cutting down on the manual enrollment work admins previously had to do.
- Learner-driven development: Learners choose what to explore and enroll in on their own, instead of following a fixed course path.
