Organization Dashboard Redesigned- Admin
Summary
Organization management in Parchment Digital Badges by Instructure has been redesigned to give administrators a clearer view of their credential program and faster access to reporting tools.
The Organization Dashboard brings together program performance metrics, issuer insights, skills information, and common administrative tasks in one place. Data Management has moved to Analytics, creating a dedicated space for reporting and exports.
Administrators can:
- Monitor credential program performance, including Learner Engagement and External Impact Scores
- Track badge metrics: creation, awards, unique recipients, acceptance, and sharing
- Monitor skills adoption, including trending skills and unique skills earned
- Compare issuer performance across awarding, engagement, and visibility
- Access reporting and export tools from Analytics
- Manage organization settings through a streamlined dashboard
- Experience faster dashboard performance as organizational data grows
Notes:
- Dashboard branding respects organization whitelabel configurations
- Issuer staff continue using their issuer-level analytics experience and no longer access organization-level Dashboard, Analytics, or Members pages
- Learner-facing experiences remain unchanged
- Existing export formats and file contents are unchanged
