We added new courses, expanded AI training, launched a new partnership, updated existing content with fresh branding, and watched the Instructure Community get a new home for all its learning resources. Course Pacing: Automating Due Dates
- Course Pacing is a Canvas feature that automates and individualizes learning schedules. It’s especially useful for programs with rolling enrollments or courses with multiple sections. This course walks you through how to set up and manage pacing so due dates work for your learners.
- Available to institutions with Standard or Premium subscriptions to the On-Demand Training Portal.
Mastering the IgniteAI Agent: Efficiency, Alignment, and Oversight
- This course takes a close look at the IgniteAI Agent, an integrated AI assistant built to help with educator tasks. You’ll explore how to use it efficiently while keeping your instructional goals front and center.
- Available to institutions with Premium subscriptions to the On-Demand Training Portal.
Impact Academy: Strategies for Supported Engagement
- This foundational course gives administrators the tools and insights to get the most out of the Impact platform. You’ll explore how to shape the digital learning experience at your institution and use Impact’s features to support adoption and engagement.
- Available to those who have purchased the Impact On-Demand Training course.
🎙️ New webinars
End of Course Best Practices
- Part of the Classroom Application Series, this webinar focuses on end-of-course tasks from the Beginning and End of Course Checklist for Instructors. You’ll walk away with practical steps you can apply right away.
- Available to those with a Premium subscription to the On-Demand Training Portal in the NORAM/LATAM regions.
Data Review for Site-Based Leaders
- Part of the Canvas Admin Series, this webinar is designed for site-based leaders, including principals, deans, and sub-account admins. It focuses on the Admin Analytics Hub and how to move from high-level oversight to actionable data.
- Available to those with a Premium subscription to the On-Demand Training Portal in the NORAM/LATAM regions.
🔄 Course updatesWe’ve refreshed several courses this quarter to reflect the latest features and a fresh new look.
IgniteAI in Action
- We added two new modules to IgniteAI in Action this quarter:
- Module 8: IgniteAI Agent – introduces you to the AI Agent capabilities built into IgniteAI.
- Module 9: Accessibility with IgniteAI – covers how to use IgniteAI’s accessibility features to support all learners.
- Available to those with Essential, Standard, and Premium subscriptions to the On-Demand Training Portal.
Studio Academy
- In NORAM, the Studio Academy received a refresh this quarter. Updates include rolling transcripts, new embed options, a rebranded look, and a new badge.
- This course was also made available to the APAC and EMEA regions.
- Available to those who have purchased the Studio On-Demand Training course.
Canvas Basics (English)
- The Canvas Basics course has been updated with new branding, a new badge, updated links, and AI callouts throughout. The previous version of this course has been archived.
- Available to those with Essential, Standard, and Premium subscriptions to the On-Demand Training Portal.
Fundamentals of Accessible Digital Content in Canvas
- This course has been updated with fresh content on digital accessibility, updated branding, and a new badge. You’ll explore the POUR principles and how they apply to the content you create in Canvas and updated content on Canvas’ new Course Accessibility Checker.
- Available to all On-Demand Training Portal users (Free, Essential, Standard, and Premium).
🏅 Customized certificates now available through ParchmentCustomized certificates are now available for all On-Demand Training Portal offerings through Parchment Digital Badges. These certificates feature Instructure branding and include credit hours based on estimated completion time, allowing Institutions to use them for professional development tracking.
🤝 Partnership coursesPraxis AI: AI-Powered Human-First Digital Twins in Canvas
- This new partnership course introduces you to Praxis AI’s Digital Twin technology and how it integrates with Canvas. You’ll learn how to get started with Digital Twins, build and personalize your AI assistant, navigate faculty analytics, and ensure academic integrity. Whether you’re new to the platform or already using it, this course has something for you.
- Available to all On-Demand Training Portal users (Free, Essential, Standard, and Premium) in the NORAM/LATAM regions.
🌟 Keep Learning is now live in the Instructure CommunityInstructure launched Keep Learning this quarter, a new space in the Instructure Community that brings all learning resources into one place.
