As digital tool libraries expand, districts face a critical challenge: How do we ensure equity, accessibility, and fiscal responsibility? This session explores one district's journey to audit and manage its technology landscape using the Instructure Learn platform. We will move beyond simple inventory lists to discuss a strategic framework for analyzing usage data, streamlining supplemental resource requests, and automating accessibility compliance. Best of all, we'll discuss how this process allowed for streamlined communication across the district regarding digital resources. Attendees will leave with a roadmap for aligning tech audits with district strategic goals and a blueprint for maintaining a transparent, sustainable digital ecosystem for staff and students.
