Summary
Organization Admins can set a default country for TalentNeuron insights in the Skills Library Connection section of Organization Settings. Users can view labor market insights across 56 countries on TalentNeuron Skills pages, expanding from the original three: the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
Notes:
- The default country is based on the organization's deployment region.
- Users can view data for a different country at any time using the Location filter on the Skills page.
- Data is available at the country level only. Regional or state-level data is not supported.

- Relevant Workforce Data: Institutions offer highly applicable labor market insights that align with the specific countries where learners reside and work.
- Maintain Localized Control: Organization Admins control the default organization-wide labor market context while granting international learners flexibility.
- Independent User Views: Individual selection changes apply only to the current view and does not affect the organization’s default settings or other users.
Feature Workflow
Administrators
On the Edit Organization page, click the Content Settings tab.
Locate the Skills Library Connection section and click the Default Taxonomy radio button [1]. In the Country/Region drop-down menu, select the country that best represents the organization's location [2]. Save the changes.
Notes:
- All TalentNeuron Skills pages in the organization default to showing labor market data for that country.
- The default country is automatically set by the deployment region. Admins with access to Organization Settings can update this preference at any time.
All Users
From the Skills tab or a badge, open a TalentNeuron skill and click the Market Labor Insights tab [1]. To view data for a different country, click the Location drop-down menu and select the preferred country [2].

Summary
Parchment Digital Badges notifies users before a session expires due to inactivity to improve the user experience.
- A notification appears when an inactive session nears expiration.
- Users choose to extend the session directly from the notification to avoid losing in-progress work.
- The system signs out users automatically if no action occurs.
- Users must sign in again after a session expires before continuing work.
Change Benefit
- Prevent Workflow Disruptions: Warns users in advance about impending session expirations to protect incomplete activities.
- Seamless Session Extension: Renews the session immediately without forcing users to re-authenticate if they remain active.
Feature Workflow
When users remain inactive for an extended period, a notification appears indicating that the session is about to end [1].
To extend the session, users must click the Continue Session button [2]. If no action is taken, the session expires and the user is signed out.
Note: If the session expires, the user is redirected to the sign-in page.
