Greetings, makers, builders, and co-creators of learning,
Welcome to InstructureCon, where this year we are not just talking about education. We are making it.
From the first keynote to the final session, this conference is all about rolling up our sleeves, experimenting with new ideas, and reimagining what learning can be. With so much in motion, it is easy to feel like you are standing in the middle of a very busy workshop. There are tools everywhere, conversations happening all at once, and more possibilities than any one schedule can hold.
That is where I come in.
Your Build Plan, Should You Choose to Accept It
I have put together a set of unofficial session guides and planning materials to help you design your InstructureCon experience. Whether you prefer a carefully organized plan or like to adjust as you go, these resources are here to help you map, refine, and build a schedule that works for you.
What is in the Toolkit
2026 Unofficial ICON Session Schedule: 1-page per time slot PDF (last updated 7/17/2026)
A printable, streamlined view of all sessions organized chronologically to help you quickly spot overlaps, gaps, and opportunities.
Note 1: By keeping all of the sessions with the same time slot on the same page, the text may be very small. This works well when viewing the PDF and you can zoom in, but may be difficult to read when printed.
Note 2: Check the comments for details on what has changed in the latest update.
2026 Unofficial ICON Session Schedule: Full running list PDF (last updated 7/17/2026)
A better printable, streamlined view of all sessions organized chronologically to help you quickly spot overlaps, gaps, and opportunities.
Note: Update comments below are reflected in this version as well.
2026 Unofficial ICON Session Schedule: Full running list Google Sheet (last updated 7/17/2026)
For those that love a good spreadsheet, this is a version for you.
Note: Update comments below are reflected in this version as well.
Agenda Planner and Maps (last updated 7/16/2026)
A printable planner where you can outline your session selections, paired with maps to help you move from one space to the next.
Note: Some formatting may shift when opened in Google apps. For the best experience, download and use in Microsoft Word.
Why Unofficial
Because sometimes it helps to have something flexible and familiar.
These guides are created by an attendee and designed to complement the official conference tools, not replace them. Be sure to the agenda website or download the conference app (now available for Android or at the App Store) for real time updates, session details, and networking features.
Think of this as your analog companion alongside the full digital experience.
In the Spirit of Making
Education in the making is collaborative, iterative, and always evolving. As you move between sessions and conversations, I hope these resources give you a place to capture ideas and think through what comes next.
Feel free to download, adapt, and share. If you notice something missing or a change in the schedule, let me know and I will update the files.
Final Notes
This is more than a conference. It is a chance to create, test, refine, and imagine together.
Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your willingness to try something new. I will see you in the sessions.
Keep making,
Matthew
P.S. I will continue updating these resources as the conference approaches in case of any last minute changes.
