Hi,

Can someone from the Canvas team please support me in exporting my course content? There was no email sent or a clear post on the relevant Free-for-Teacher version page to have known about the open window period. This is causing quite the conundrum for my team and me. I would greatly appreciate some assistance. Anything would be helpful. Thank you kindly!

While I have you, does this window include students as well? Meaning students can log in and export their work samples, feedback, etc? I want to ensure I share the proper information. Thank you so much once again!

Hey @MarqHardon ,

To my knowledge based off of how it's worked before, students will not be able to login, only users with teacher accounts. These time frames in which FFT will be open are strictly and constantly monitored, and they're likely trying to restrict any activity that isn't entirely necessary.
