We are incredibly excited to finally pull back the curtain on a brand-new offering for this year's Pre-conference: the AI Readiness Certification.
AI isn't just a buzzword anymore; it is fundamentally reshaping how we learn and work. We’ve designed this certification as a comprehensive, three-part pathway to help you move beyond the basics and start leading the AI conversation at your institution.
How the Pathway Works
You can join us for the full certification by completing all three sessions, or you can register for any individual session as a standalone course. Each session is 2 hours long, costs $200, and is capped at 50 participants to ensure plenty of hands-on time.
The Three Sessions:
Build AI Literacy and Governance (8 am – 10 am)
We start by navigating the ethical complexities of an AI-driven future. This session focuses on responsible innovation and building the governance frameworks needed to empower the next generation of learners.
Utilize AI to Enhance Teaching and Learning (10 am – 12 pm)
Next, we get practical. You’ll get hands-on with tools that support personalized learning and discover strategies to integrate AI seamlessly into your instructional workflows.
Expand Digital Citizenship to an AI World (2:30 pm – 4:30 pm)
In the final step, we look at how digital citizenship must evolve. You’ll walk away with free resources to help your students become informed, responsible users of AI technology.

If you’ve already registered for InstructureCon and would like to add Pre-Conference sessions, you can do that on the InstructureCon Add Ons page. We also will be selling tickets for any open spots on the morning of the Pre-Conference!

- Each session provides a takeaway resource that we have created specifically for the session, designed to help you extend your learning and apply it when you return home.
- Anyone who purchases a Pre-conference session ticket will also have access to our Pre-conference Lounge all day. The lounge is a place where you can rest, recharge, network, and attend informal presentations by our Learning Services experts, which will be held every 15 minutes. Lunch will also be available there for anyone who purchases a ticket to any of the Pre-conference sessions.
