As we gear up for InstructureCon 2026, I’m thrilled to share what we’ve been working on behind the scenes for this year's Pre-conference workshops. These sessions are designed to give you hands-on, interactive experience with our products, guided directly by the learning and design experts here at Instructure.

What’s on the Menu?
We’ve organized this year’s offerings into seven specialized tracks to help you find exactly what you need:

- 📊 Data-Driven practices: Learn to turn numbers into narratives with Intelligent Insights and student-centered data practices.
- 🎨 Program design: Master accessibility, credentialing, and course templates that actually engage learners.
- 🤖 AI Readiness Certification: A dedicated 3-part pathway to help you build AI literacy and governance at your institution.
- 🏅 Certified Program Sessions: Earn your Canvas Certified Power User credential or complete live re-certification for CCE and CCTA.
The Details
- Duration: We have 2-hour sessions for a quick boost and 4-hour bootcamps for those who want to roll up their sleeves.
- Cost: Sessions range from $150 to $500 depending on the length and certification type.
- Capacity: Most sessions are capped at 35 to 50 participants to keep things interactive, so be sure to grab your spot!
- Registration: If you’ve already registered for InstructureCon and would like to add Pre-conference sessions, you can do that on the InstructureCon Add Ons page. We also will be selling tickets for any open spots on the morning of the Pre-Conference!
Why should you attend?
- Pre-conference sessions are highly engaging and hands on.
- Each session provides a takeaway resource that we have created specifically for the session, designed to help you extend your learning and apply it when you return home.
- Anyone who purchases a Pre-conference session ticket will also have access to our Pre-conference Lounge all day. The lounge is a place where you can rest, recharge, network, and attend informal presentations by our Learning Services experts, which will be held every 15 minutes. Lunch will also be available there for anyone who purchases a ticket to any of the Pre-conference sessions.
