Summary:
Honorlock is not opening for New Quizzes in Canvas Career
User Expected Behavior:
Honorlock should prompt users to start proctoring process when the quiz is opened
Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisites: An instance with the Honor Lock LTI 1.3 tool installed, and a sub-account with Canvas Career enabled containing a published course with a student enrolled.
Note: You will need to use Chrome as the Honor Lock extension is only available for Chrome at the moment.
- Create a New Quizzes assessment in the course with at least one question and publish the quiz
- Open the Honor Lock tool in the course and enable Honor Lock for the quiz
- As the student open the quiz and note that you are prompted to install the Honor Lock extension (if not already installed). Follow the steps to install the extension.
- With the Honor Lock extension installed return to the quiz and note that the extension does not open to begin the exam taking process for the student. The access code added by Honor Lock will prevent the student from taking the quiz, but the Honor Lock UI to begin taking the quiz with Honor Lock proctoring does not appear.
