Summary:

{{.wav}} files downloaded in bulk via the {{Download Submissions}} option on an assignment are {{m4a}} files with a {{.wav}} extension added to the filename

Expected Behavior:

The filetype should remain the same after download

Steps to Reproduce:

Prerequisites: A course with two students and a file upload assignment

As one of the students, upload an audio file
As the other student, upload whatever
On the Assignment page, select {{Download Submissions}}
Extract the .zip and open the file with an application that allows you to inspect the audio format (e.g. QuickTime Player)
Notice that the audio format is {{MPEG-4 AAC, 44100 Hz}}
