Edits made to RCE with external video embed is removing iframe size attributes

This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 6/16/26.

Summary:

When using an embed code for an external video in RCE, the embed frame reduces size after other page edits.

Expected Behavior:

Edits to a pages content should not adjust iframe embed window.

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a page
Navigate to an external source such as canvas guides with video embed option.
Copy and paste embed code in the RCE HTML editor.
Save the page.
Edit the page and save again without changes
Note that the original window frame size has been changed
