This is my first attempt using studio video quizzes. The setup seemed to work fine once I got the hang of it, and a dozen or so students were able to take the quiz. However, I also heard from a few students who just could not get the quiz to load. One sent me screenshots.
The first one shows the Page on Canvas where the video should be posted. The blank space in the middle is where the video shows up on my view of the class. (I tried using the Student View, and didn't have any problems seeing or loading the quiz.)
The second is what my student saw when she was able to open the video:
Any ideas/fixes for what is going on here? Based on a quick search, the usual culprit is an out of date browser or browser extensions.
I'm not really concerned about the quiz itself. Primarily, I want to use the quizzes to track engagement and make sure students are viewing assigned videos.
