Some of my embedded images aren't showing up in Quizzes

Question

After the cyber attack, some of my embedded images aren't showing up in quizzes. It seems to just be one of my classes, in particular, and the others were fixed on Monday. Anybody know what 3 of my classes were fixed, but the fourth one (Geometry) won't show the images in the quizzes?

Hi @MrsPennington50,

If you don't have the option to open a support ticket, do you have someone in your district who serves as your Canvas admin? I work in K12 and serve as our district's Instructional Technology Coach so I help our teachers with issues like this all the time.

Another thing to check is the files tab to make sure that the images still show ok there or haven't reverted to private. We have that happen every once in a great while when quizzes are imported. If you had previously checked these images and they were loading correctly, then ignore that last piece of advice.

Good luck!

I don't have a button to allow me to submit a ticket to canvas. Is there another way to get assistance?

Hi @MrsPennington50,

I recommend checking if the images are standard embeds per the Incident Change Log - Rich Content Editor. If everything seems to be in order, you can reach out to the Support team for further assistance.

I hope it gets fixed soon!
