When will Canvas Free for Teachers will be available for access?

Hi, I have 7 published courses on my Free for Teachers Account, and I am still unable to access my account, nor I have any details shared with me when it will be available or open to access. The reason I have more than 300 students on my different courses, and they are unable to access course too. I need to know the status of my account access.

I would recommend reviewing the Security Incident Update & FAQs for the most recent information. I am so sorry that currently you cannot use the Free for Teachers Account. Instructure is working on the problem as we speak.

There aren't any updates about free-for-teacher account though.

Hi there @gioinguyen ,

Updates on that document will not be specific to free for teacher. Once updates for free for teacher are available, that is where they will share them. However, for right now, there are no further updates to share at this time I suppose.

Thanks Kristin for responding so quickly and sharing the important update. I will try to export my courses, but it would be helpful if you Canvas can send us an email as an alert to keep us informed. Although, I have updated my calendar to avoid missing the time and date. Thanks
