Additional Details
- Scoped analytics: Alignment insights are available at the organization, issuer, and badge levels, with data automatically filtered based on the current access point.
- Conditional visibility: Alignment categories only display when present in the filtered dataset, and the insights banner displays only when meaningful patterns are detected. If no alignment data exists, the section is hidden.
- Data interpretation: Insights are based on comparisons between groups of badges. Results may vary depending on data volume and distribution, and smaller datasets may show less stable or limited differences.
Change Benefit
- Alignment-based analytics: Helps organizations understand how badge design decisions impact engagement and visibility, enabling more data-informed strategies, clearer identification of high-performing alignment patterns, and improved badge structure to increase reach and adoption.

On the Analytics page, organization admins can review alignment insights and:
- View alignment categories such as skills, pathways, groups, catalog listings, and collections
