No answer text provided in a quiz

Hello, everyone, I am new here.

I am a little worried since I started the FAML100 course at BYU-Idaho through BYU-Pathway, and there is a quiz titled "W02 Quiz Reading Research: Using Abstracts" (It appears in the Grade section, not in Modules) where I have 10 possibilities to do the quiz. I did 8 times, and each attempt, the answers for the questions of this quiz say "No answer text provided." Therefore, it has affected my grades.

I have talked with the instructor, and she said, "Instructors are not allowed to make the changes to the course." I shared a picture of what I am saying. I also wrote in support of BYU-Pathway, and they told me to contact the instructor. What can I do?
