Submission not showing up—Having to repeatedly drag down the document panel in SpeedGrader

The PDF documents appear not to be loading in SpeedGrader (image 1 below). I found that it's because the document view is too small, and I'll have to resize it using the handle (circled in the images) every time (for every student). This is also the case for everyone else on the instructor team. Has anyone also encountered this? Is there a solution?

Canvas Speedgrader page with the submitted document appear to be blank, but there is actually a handle on the bottom right corner that needs to be drag down.

After dragging down the handle, the document shows up.

I think it has recovered now. Not sure why this happened for everyone on our instructional team earlier (we use Chrome on macOS/Windows, and Safari on macOS).
Did some search and seems like people had the similar issue (post 1, post 2, post 3, and more)? And it's really random (happens for a while and fixes itself). But I believe it's some bugs that need to be addressed (otherwise it won't happen at all).

We are experiencing the same issues on our campus - started today and pretty random. Fixable, but causing consternation with our faculty during grading time!! Is there a fix in the works?

Exactly the same issue here - we have been advised that this is a known issue but we could not get an ETA for resolution. Le'ts hope it is resolved soon as this is also having an impact on our lecturers who are marking submissions.
