As learning needs evolve, organizations are under pressure to deliver more flexible, on-demand learning experiences. And at a time when searching for an answer online takes no more than a couple seconds, learners expect to quickly find relevant content just-in-time. Collections was designed to address these needs: making it easy for a variety of learning content (courses and micro-learning assets) to be organized into meaningful collections that learners can discover.
Collections was built in response to customer feedback around just-in-time learning and unlocking the full value of their content. AI-powered recommendations for learners also enhance the power of Collections. The result is a more dynamic and continuous learning experience that helps learners stay engaged and progress to the next goal.
