What does it mean when 'Last Participation' and 'Since last page view' are displayed as ∅ on an individual student's page?

On April 21 and 27, 2026, the student’s submission page appeared empty on my end. Upon checking again on May 5, 2026, a submission is now visible and is dated April 21 at 9:01 AM.
